Verari Systems Teams with MaintenanceNet for Maintenance Contract Visibility

Carlsbad, Calif. – August 21, 2006 – MaintenanceNet, Inc., the leading provider of maintenance contract management services, today announced that Verari Systems, the premier developer of powerful, platform-independent blade computing systems, will utilize MaintenanceNet’s Web-enabled application to manage and track IT services of current Verari Systems customers utilizing MaintenanceNet services.
