The VB1257 Series for the BladeRack® 2 X-Series from
Verari Systems is a high performance blade system
that is optimized for space-constrained enterprise
computing and data center installations. The VB1257
Series servers feature the latest Quad-Core Intel®
Xeon® 5400 Series processors and a 1600MHz front
side bus for increased performance.
The Service Provider industry running Web 2.0 and software as a
service applications and the Financial Services industry
running transaction processes will benefit from faster
processors, fully buffered DIMM modules, and Intel
Virtualization Technology, provided by the VB1257
blade server. It is the ideal solution for a full range of
memory and compute intensive applications.
Certified for use with VMware® ESX Server, the
VB1257 Series is an ideal solution for virtual machine
serving and enables server consolidation while
reducing operational expenses. Available with four
Gigabit Ethernet ports and optional Fibre Channel
HBAs, the VB1257 Series is designed from the ground
up with virtualization in mind.
